The Wizard of Oz
Here we are at Warren Central High School. We are enjoying our first field trip of the year. We are here to see The Wizard of Oz! We love this story, and the students here have put on an excellent show! The set and costumes were fabulous and the performances were as well. Our students were so well behaved! I was so proud of how attentive and polite they were. They responded appropriately with clapping and laughing when appropriate. You should be very proud of them. We wrote a story about our trip. I will post it in a few days.
Winter Fun!
We studied winter weather during the month of January. Here are some of our art activities and math graphs we completed. We loved the stories about Tacky the Penguin and Cinderella Penguin. We loved The Mitten and The Jacket I Wear in the Snow. We also read The Snowy Day. We began making snowmen; then, we had a real snow day! I will post some more about that later.
Real People Read!
The 100th Day of School!
We loved celebrating the 100th day of school. We wore special clothes we made with 100 items on them and made a special snack. We counted to 100 all day long!!! Now we only have 80 days of kindergarten!

Be a Buddy not a Bully!
Ms. Sheronda came to our class and taught us how to be a buddy not a bully! She read us some great stories and gave each a cool bracelet to remind us to be a buddy!
Breakfast with Santa!
We were so excited that Santa came to eat breakfast with us! We did not even hear his reindeer or sleighbells! We had so much fun hugging him and shaking his hand! He came to our class and took a picture. He left us some candy canes!
